I made a podcast for my students for Monday's class. I think they will like it and one thing is for sure, I won't have to repeat the instructions over and over and over! :-)
Update on the podcasts: My students loved it! I used them on a day when I was absent. One boy said, "That was weird hearing your voice...we thought it would be someone from the Internet talking to us."
My 9th grade computer students were very engaged in their learning activities. Not one person asked a question--no instructions had to be repeated because they could just go back and listen to the podcast again.
